the right to request payment for the breach of agreement as follows :
- Cancellation three days in prior to expected arrival : No cancellation charge.
- Cancellation two days prior to expected arrival : 50% of room charge to be applicable.
- No arrival on the day of expected arrival 100% of room charge to be applicable
